2019年１２月０２・０３日にパリのワールドバンク局で閣下アザリー主催の「コモロ発展のドナー会合」が主催されました。
「２０３０年コモロ発展プロジェクト」の一環として、コモロ政府が作成した様々な企画が発表されました。経済成長と社会発展をもたらす各産業のプレゼンテーションとそれぞれのプロジェクトに必要な資金が丁寧かつ分かりやすく解説されました。
PNUD、ワールドバンク、アフリカ開発銀行等のような国際協力機関やコモロと友好関係を持っているフランス、EAU、モロッコの大臣と在マダガスカル日本大使やいろんな国から来た民間企業の営業者達はコンファレンスに参加していただきました。
コモロ政府が決定していた目標金額が見事に満たされ、パートナー国々と国際協力機関から
１６億USドルと民間セクターから２７億USドルの集金ができました。アナウンスされた合計４３億USドルが１０年にわたって、コモロ発展プロジェクトの資金となります。
会場に出席していた在東京コモロ名誉領事はその場で公にグランド・コモール島にある学校の改造工事を寄付することを主張し、今後は日本のNPO法人と力を結んでコモロの衛生環境改善に貢献していきたいという志を表しました。
そのコンファレンスを機にコモロ政府が下記の新規ポータルサイトを開設し、皆さまがわかりやすく、全プロジェクトの資料やプロモーションビデオや写真ギャラリーなどを拝観できるようになっています。

The Conference of Partners for the Development of Comoros was held on December 2-3, 2019 at the Paris World Bank branch.
Under the aegis of His Excellency the President of the Union, numerous contributors presented various projects that the Comorian Government have drawn up in its objective to become an emergent country by 2030. All the sectors that can bring growth and development have been discussed and quantified goals have been stated.
International institutions like the PNUD, the World Bank or the African Bank of Development; partner states ministers like France, EAU or Morroco, His Excellency the Ambassador of Japan; private companies head from many countries attended the event.
All the quantitative goals have been fulfilled, with commitments up to 1.6 billion US dollars for bilateral and multilateral agreements, and more than 2.7 billion US dollars coming from the private sector, for a total amount of around 4.3 billion for a 10-year funding plan towards emergency.
The Honorary Consul of Comoros in Japan, who attend this event, took the floor to declare his intention to finance the renovation works of a school in a first time, and later on, to consider a partnership with a Japanese NPO in order to improve the health situation in the Comoros.
The Comorian government has built up for the occasion a portal site on which everybody can easily find all the details regarding the different projects presented, a promotion video of the Comoros and pictures from the conference.

The Honorary Consulate of the Comoros in Japan wishes the Comorian people to succeed in its goal towards emergency and hopes to contribuate as much as possible to this new momentum.
La Conférence des Partenaires pour le Développement des Comores s'est tenue les 2 et 3 décembre 2019 dans les locaux parisiens de la Banque Mondiale.
Sous l'égide de Son Excellence le Président, de nombreux intervenants ont présenté les différents projets élaborés par le gouvernement comorien dans son objectif d'émergence à l'horizon 2030. Tous les secteurs porteurs de croissance et de développement ont été abordés et des objectifs chiffrés ont été exposés.
Les participants étaient constitués de représentants d'institutions internationales comme le PNUD, la Banque Mondiale ou la Banque Africaine de Développement ; de ministres d'Etats amis comme la France, les Emirats Arabes Unis ou le Maroc, de Son Excellence l'Ambassadeur du Japon; de dirigeants d'entreprises privées de divers pays.
Au final, cette conférence aura permis de remplir tous ses objectifs, avec des engagements s'élevant à près de 1,6 milliards de dollars pour les accord bilatéraux et multilatéraux, et plus de 2,7 milliards de la part du secteur privé, soit un total d'environ 4,3 milliards d'euros pour un financement sur 10 ans du Plan Comores Emergent.
Le Consul Honoraire des Comores au Japon, présent à cette manifestation, a pris la parole pour annoncer son intention de financer les travaux de rénovation d'une école dans un premier temps, puis d'envisager par la suite un partenariat avec une ONG japonaise pour œuvrer dans le domaine de la santé aux Comores.
Le gouvernement comorien s'est doté pour l'occasion d'un portail internet où tout le monde pourra retrouver de manière explicite les détails des différents projets, une vidéo de présentation et des photos de la conférence.
